As a first-time pet owner, I was a little nervous about getting my kitten groomed, but I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this grooming salon! The staff was incredibly patient and kind, explaining every step of the grooming process. They even let me stay and watch, which made me feel much more comfortable. They specialized in handling young or anxious pets and really took their time to make sure my little one felt safe and secure. My kitten came out looking adorable, with the cutest little bow added as a bonus! The only suggestion I would make is to have clearer signage outside, as I almost missed the entrance. But once inside, I was completely at ease. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’m excited to make this a regular part of my pet care routine. If you have a little furball that needs some grooming, this place is definitely worth a visit!
